Turtle River State Park, ND

After two days of driving, we planned to stay at Turtle River State Park for 2 nights to rest and recover before crossing into Canada. This was a very nice park, except for those pesky mosquitoes that followed us everywhere. We had to light mosquito coils and apply repellent to ward them off. We thought we could do some fishing here, but did not find any good spots during our walks around the park. Tried to update my blog but cell coverage was almost non-existent. We chilled inside our tent canopies and prepared for our drive up north the next day.
