3 Days in Amsterdam
I decided to arrive early in Amsterdam before my British Isles cruise with Singles Travel International (STI). It was easy to take the train from the airport to
the Ibis Amsterdam Centre which was located next to the train station. I have been to Amsterday several times, but I was happy to visit again. Did a lot of walking!
I wanted Indonesian food, but even better, found a Malaysia restaurant! Had nasi lemak with iced teh tarik. The taste was a bit different from what I would find in Kuala Lumpur but it was still very good.
More walking, a canal cruise, and after two nights, switched hotel to NH City Centre Amsterdam, for the pre-cruise night with the STI group .
Our group had dinner at this restaurant (forgot the name). The next day, we walked to a stroop waffle bakery and got a giant waffle to go. Boarded buses for the cruise terminal just before lunch.
