Yellowstone NP, Day 2

Mostly photos with notes.

Day 2: Started from Gardiner, drove around the northern loop of the park, following Guide-along audio guide for Yellowstone and Grand Teton, highly recommended. Hiked the Trout Lake Trail and Wraith Falls. Saw a black bear that was brown, visited Wraith Falls, passed by Soda Butte. Wildlife jam! Lucky to be right where a herd of bison with calves crossed in front of the RV! Prime photo spot.

Short day, had to go back to the cabin to make dinner. My son, who works for the EPA in Denver, is doing field visits in the area. He and his intern are stopping by for dinner tonight.
